④ Wrap the rope
When winding the rope, first wrap one end of the rope around the two winding wheels of the main engine, and then wrap the steering wheel. Finally, fasten it on a scraper board.
⑤ tight rope
There should be two people tightening the rope, one person holding the switch and the other person winding the rope around the scraper rack, then fixing the rope end to the shaft of the steering wheel, and then one person pulling the rope and the other person turning on the switch. The host can tighten the rope.
